Day Seven - BICCO and Amazing Hands

We went to a physical therapy group today and worked with the kids who had CP. My little girl could not hold her head up so I tried to keep her attention by ringing bells so that she would lift her head up to look at them. It was not easy getting her to look up but each time she did it was like a great victory.

After a hard therapy workout everyone came together to sing songs. We passed a green ball while we were singing and when the song stopped whoever ended up with the ball had to teach the next song. I could only think of one so we sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star in English then in Chinese.

After lunch we treated ourselves to a foot/leg message and then went to Amazing Hands and played with some more children. Three were adopted already and waiting for their families to come pick them up. One was going to the US and one to Canada. I can't remember where the other one was going.
This one was fascinated with my purple fingernails.
This one was a tiny little girl but she loved to "talk". She kept cooing "a". When I made the "o" sound she made the "o" with her mouth but couldn't get any noise to come out.
This one was very quiet and just liked to be held so he could watch all of the activity.

  2. Gloria! What a great time you two are having! I am so glad that you are both being blessed many times over with your experiences. Too bad you can't bring them home in extra luggage, true? We are praying a safe trip home for you two! Can't wait to see you again! Pam
